Salary: 1,100€ base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Join the Dutch-speaking customer service team for Ascendi, one of Portugal's leading infrastructure and mobility services operators. Based in Porto, you will handle inbound customer queries from Dutch-speaking users — providing information and support across a structured, professional environment. What You Will Do

• Handle inbound Dutch-language customer queries via phone and digital channels
• Provide information, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary
• Follow structured protocols and compliance guidelines
• Meet daily KPIs including CSAT and quality scores
• • Document all customer interactions accurately
• Participate in team briefings and ongoing training

What We Are Looking For

• • Dutch mother tongue
• • Good English skills
• • Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with an inbound contact centre environment
• • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
• • Available to start 13 April 2026
