Your Mission

As a Customer Service Representative, you´ll be at the heart of the customer journey—creating positive, memorable experiences at every interaction. You will:

• Be the friendly and professional point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email
• Represent a leading European brand with confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm
• Accurately document customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system
• Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to digital products
• Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and policies to provide spot-on information
• Collaborate with a supportive team to continuously improve the customer experience

What You Bring

• Speak Danish at Fluent level (written & spoken) and have English at B2 level
• Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment
• Are passionate about automotive topics and comfortable with digital technologies
• Have strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy thinking creatively and finding solutions that truly help customers
