Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Requirement: Only candidates living within 30 km of Porto

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers using telecom products, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and high-quality service across phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French with professionalism and empathy

• Assist customers with telecom services, troubleshooting, plan information, and billing issues

• Support service activations, modifications, and problem resolution

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions

• Guide customers to improve their overall service experience

• Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written)

• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work on-site in Porto

• Must live within 30 km of Porto

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, especially in telecom
