Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.

• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions.

• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.

• Act as the point of contact for external sellers, ensuring seamless operations.

• Offer guidance on digital products and e-services.

• Escalate and route unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Speak Dutch fluently (written and spoken) and have a good command of English.

• Have experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy helping others.

• Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a customer-first approach.

• Are proficient with basic computer tools and willing to learn new systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Packages:

• €1,100 gross/month (with room allowance).

• €1,359 gross/month (without room allowance).

Training Program:

• €213.60 per 5 working days (total for 20 days: €854.40).

• Comprehensive training delivered in English.

Accommodation Details:

Work Schedule & Location

• Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 (8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break).

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

• Working Model: Remote within continental Portugal.
