Descrição do Emprego - Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing and expanding client relationships, ensuring they maximize the impact of their branded apparel programs. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams to provide exceptional service, drive retention, and help clients achieve their branding goals through Assembly’s premium solutions.

Client Relationship Management (40%)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to align on strategy, showcase new capabilities, and reinforce Assembly’s value.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact client satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze account health metrics, ensuring high retention and engagement.

Account Growth & Expansion (35%)
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through reorders and new product adoption.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deepen client partnerships.
  • Develop customized growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Convert seasonal buyers into long-term partners, increasing client lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand key accounts.

Strategic Account Planning (15%)
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize client success.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, using data-driven insights to enhance retention.
  • Forecast revenue trends and identify new opportunities for account expansion.
  • Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Document best practices and success stories to refine customer success strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
  • Partner with the Production team to ensure smooth order execution and fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the Design team to help clients leverage Assembly’s customization capabilities.
  • Provide product feedback based on client needs and requests, helping drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop case studies and testimonials.
  • Support new product launches within your account base, ensuring successful adoption.
Must-Have
  • 2+ years of B2B account management or customer success experience.
  • Proven ability to grow and expand client relationships through strategic engagement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication, including C-level relationship management.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting to drive client success strategies.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands in fashion, merchandising, or branding.
  • Background in sustainable manufacturing or premium product sales.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, understanding the impact of branding and design.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • The hiring budget for this position is in the range of € 22,000 to € 25,000 (yearly gross salary) + rewarding commission structure
