• Speak native Italian and rock-solid English
• Have some customer service experience (1+ year)
• Love helping people solve problems
• Can keep cool under pressure
• Bonus points if you know your way around digital advertising!

Your typical day: You'll be our customers hero, helping them navigate our advertising platform through calls, emails, and chat. Its fast-paced, varied, and never boring!
