What is expected in this role:

• Managing and screening all incoming emails for the Finance department from both external sources and internal teams;
• Assessing the subject of each email to either resolve the request directly or accurately route it to the appropriate team member or department;
• Ensuring a fast, efficient, and smooth flow of information across the company;
• Collaborating smoothly with other teams to ensure all requests are followed up and resolved;
• Tasks are carried out strictly in writing (there is no phone support), so well-developed written communication skills are a must.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Knowledge of French (is a plus);
• Entry-level candidates are welcome (extensive previous experience is not required);
• Highly organized, fast, and efficient work approach;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset to maintain good relationships with various internal departments;
• Strong proficiency with computer tools and digital platforms, as all work is 100% online;
• Being problem-solving orientated.
