Are you a motivated, native Spanish speaker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Join a dynamic, international team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support while growing your career in a stable, fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Educate customers on products and services to ensure the best experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills (B2).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Open to working in a 24/7 on-site schedule in Lisbon.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
