Customer Support Agent

Job Description

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Braga, Portugal.

In this role, you will support users of an innovative app-based employee benefits solution (covering meal, mobility, and gift vouchers). Your main focus will be assisting customers with application features, account management, and service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding application features and usage, primarily through inbound calls.
• Provide assistance with account creation, login issues, and balance management.
• Educate customers on all available service features and benefit program details.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and helpful communication.

Requirements

• Language: Native or fluent level in French.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic application issues and guide users clearly.

Job Details

• Location: Braga, Portugal (Hybrid model).
• Contract Type: 6-month contract.
• Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Weekends off).
• Equipment: Work equipment provided (Shipped to your address or collected at the office depending on location).
