Job description

This daytime customer operations role serves an English-speaking subscriber base for premium digital applications. You will answer account and subscription questions, clarify billing and plan options, support customers with integrated tools and AI functionality, and troubleshoot platform issues. When required, you will place outbound calls to resolve enquiries more efficiently. You will also monitor feedback and identify repeat issues that may interrupt service.

Key responsibilities

Assist English-speaking subscribers with plan options, registration, renewals, billing and account management.

Guide customers through premium platform features and integrated AI capabilities.

Troubleshoot technical questions and provide clear, helpful resolutions.

Make targeted outbound calls to follow up on and resolve subscriber enquiries.

Observe user feedback, identify recurring problems and support service improvements.
