Customer Support Agent Business Payments Platform Catalan

About the Role

We are recruiting a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. You will provide B2B support, respond to account and service enquiries, and help resolve technical and operational issues in Catalan and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised B2B support by phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business customers with platform, account and service enquiries.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide practical solutions.
• Verify account-holder information in line with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable policies and procedures.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience.
• Fluent or native-level Catalan and good English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and in a contact centre/customer service role in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights.

€900–€950 gross/month (source salary: €930)

Benefits

€7.63 net meal allowance per working day; €65 complexity bonus. A Marketing-related degree is an advantage.

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations including nights; two rotating days off.
