Position Overview
We are currently looking for English -speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international project within the banking and financial services sector, based in Lisbon.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting customers in regulated environments who enjoy problem -solving, client interaction, and working in a fast -paced, digital -first setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high -quality customer support via chat, email, and phone
- Handle a wide range of enquiries related to banking and financial services
- Manage customer cases end -to -end, including more complex or sensitive situations
- Support customers with account -related questions, transactions, and service issues
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Adapt to rotating schedules in a 24/7 operational environment
Candidate Profile
- C1/C2 level of English (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Banking
- Financial Services
- Insurance (either in Ireland or serving the Irish market from abroad)
- Strong communication and problem -solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and customer orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7)
