About the Role

We are hiring French-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international customer service project. You will support customers across multiple channels, providing assistance with subscriptions, billing, technical questions, and general inquiries. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming customer calls

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting

• Provide clear, personalized solutions on every interaction

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

• Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, supportive environment

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday

• Rotating shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

• One rotating day off during the week + Sunday off

Requirements

• French Native or strong C2 level (mandatory)

• No previous customer support experience required

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work on-site in Porto
