We are recruiting Customer Support Assistants for an international project with one of Europe's largest low-cost airlines, operating domestic and international flights across more than 34 countries.
Start Date: 05 June 2025
Location: Lisbon On-site
Contract: 6 months (with possibility of renewal)
Ticket issuance and handling, reservation back-office operations
Providing accurate, real-time information to customers
Exceeding customer expectations and delivering a positive experience
Listening to and understanding each customer's individual needs
fluency in European Portuguese (C2 level)
Minimum B2 level of English
At least 6 months of experience in customer support (preferred)
Experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus
Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is valued
Availability to work in rotational shifts
Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 20:00
Rotational 8-hour shifts per day
2 rotational days off per week
Base Salary: 875 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
Performance Bonus: Up to 150 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day (via meal card tax free)
Transportation Allowance: 20 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
Paid over 14 months: approximately 1,179.77/month
Paid over 12 months: approximately 1,349.89/month
