Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 19:00 (rotative shifts within this time frame)

• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: 1,000 x 14 months

• Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net)

• Transport Allowance: Not provided

Role Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat

• Handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues effectively

• Ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication

• Keeping records of customer interactions and following up when necessary

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)

• Good command of English (for internal communication)

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Customer Support or Contact Centre (preferred)

• EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work on-site in Porto

Relocation Support:

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

• Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 after 180 days of contract (economy class)

• Hotel accommodation for 28 days (temporary, depending on project)

For candidates relocating from within Portugal:

• Reimbursement of travel costs up to 150 after 180 days of contract (economy class)

• Hotel accommodation for 15 days (temporary, depending on project)

All CNX Porto projects offer a shared housing option (similar to CNX Lisbon)
