Customer Support Representative - French Market

Position Summary

We are recruiting for a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon, dedicated to serving our French-speaking customer base. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We welcome candidates who meet the language and legal requirements, regardless of extensive past experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Core Duties

The primary function involves interacting directly with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely, accurate solutions—all conducted mainly in French. You are expected to log all customer interactions accurately and collaborate effectively within the team to uphold high service standards.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Language Requirements: Absolute fluency (C1 level or equivalent) in both the French and English languages is essential.
• Start Date: Candidates must be ready to begin work on January 8, 2026.
• Legal Documentation: Eligibility to work in Portugal is non-negotiable. Accepted documents include an EU/EEA Passport, a Refugee Status Card, or a Residency Permit that is valid for over one year.

Operational Details and Schedule

The job is based in our Lisbon facility. Coverage is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, applicants must be flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern, which encompasses daytime, evening, and overnight hours. You will receive two non-fixed, consecutive rest days each week.
