About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to join international teams supporting well-known global brands. This is a full relocation opportunity to Athens, Greece, ideal for candidates looking for an international experience, lifestyle upgrade, and stable employment — no previous customer service experience required.

You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, receive paid training, and work in a multicultural environment with colleagues from all over Europe.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional manner
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards
• Document interactions clearly in internal systems

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the listed languages (C1/C2)
• English level B1 or higher
• EU passport or valid EU work permit
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• No prior experience required – full training provided
