Descrição do Emprego - Customer Support Specialist B2B Tech Platform

Location: Lisbon, Portugal 

Work Model: On-Site

Language Required: Dutch  + English 

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotative shifts | 2 days off per week

Start Date: 23 March 2026

Contract: 12-month fixed term → Permanent after 2 years

Salary: Total package up to ~1,485€/month gross (incl. meal allowance + holiday & Christmas allowance)

Bonus / Extra: Performance-based productivity bonus

Relocation: Accommodation support provided for candidates relocating to Lisbon

About the Role

This role supports users of a fast-growing B2B platform connecting professionals and service providers. You will be part of a dedicated Dutch-speaking team handling account queries, technical issues, and user onboarding questions. If you enjoy problem-solving, communicating with business users, and working in a structured team environment, this is a solid next step.

What You Will Do

  • Support Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Handle account management queries, billing issues, and platform navigation
  • Identify and escalate technical bugs or platform issues
  • Meet quality and productivity targets set by the team lead
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM
  • Participate in team briefings and training updates

What We Are Looking For

  • • Mother tongue Dutch speaker
  • English 
  • • High school diploma (mandatory)
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • • Rotative shift availability including weekends
  • • EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit
  • • Available to start 23 March 2026
