We are seeking a dedicated Operations Customer Expert to deliver exceptional, human-centric support to consumers and business users navigating these groundbreaking tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Estimated Gross Salary: Up to €1,448.33 / month
  • Base Salary: €938.00
  • Meal Allowance: €154.00 (tax-exempt prepaid card)
  • Holiday & Christmas Allowances: €156.34 (paid in monthly installments)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month

What You Will Do:

• Provide timely, useful, and professional support to users experiencing account access or functionality issues.
• Assist and educate customers on billing matters and invoicing inquiries.
• Act as a guide and trainer, empowering users to maximize the potential of the client's AI products.
• Maintain a high standard of service that consistently exceeds quality metrics.

What We Are Looking For:

• Language: C1/C2 English proficiency (Written & Spoken).
• Location: Must be locally based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Documentation: Non-EU citizens must have a valid residence card in hand.
• Availability: Flexible to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break daily).
