Customer Support Specialist French Speaking

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will assist users with an innovative employee benefits application, providing support on features such as meal allowances, mobility programs, and reward vouchers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding app features and overall functionality.
• Provide phone-based support to handle incoming user inquiries.
• Guide users through account creation, setup, and balance management.
• Inform customers about available service features and platform updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in French (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Work Conditions

• Contract Duration: 6-month contract.
• Work Model: Hybrid.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 (Weekends off).
• Equipment: Provided by the company (shipped to candidates residing more than 50 km from the office; collected in person for those living within 50 km).
