Salary: Base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €100 performance bonus × 11 months | €100 complexity bonus × 11 months

Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). No flight ticket.

About the Role

A Monday-to-Friday insurance support role for German speakers in Lisbon — with weekends always off. You will handle German-language queries from insurance customers covering policies, claims, and account management. Up to €200/month in combined bonuses. 5 openings make this one of the stronger German-language batches currently active in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

• Handle German-language customer queries for an insurance company via phone and email
• Assist with policy information, claims, and account management
• Follow insurance sector compliance and data protection protocols
• • Meet quality and productivity KPIs
• Escalate complex or regulatory-sensitive queries
• • Document all interactions accurately

What We Are Looking For

• • German mother tongue
• • Good English skills
• Customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• • Monday to Friday availability
• • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
