About the Role

Join the Spanish-speaking customer support team for  one of Europe's most recognised digital banking brands, known for its transparent, customer-first approach. You will support Spanish-speaking retail banking customers across account management, payments, card queries, and general financial services. This is a high-volume role, making it one of the largest Spanish-language hiring pushes currently active in Lisbon. Latin American candidates are accepted.

What You Will Do

• Handle Spanish-language customer queries via chat and phone for a digital bank
• Support customers with account management, card issues, payments, and general banking queries
• Follow financial sector compliance and data protection protocols
• Maintain high CSAT and quality scores under KPI framework
• Escalate complex or regulatory-sensitive cases appropriately
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems

What We Are Looking For

• Spanish mother tongue — Latin American candidates accepted
• English B2 minimum (written and spoken)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (for finance track) OR general CS (for standard track)

• EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent work authorisation
