About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Customer Support Specialists for an international project in the medical-device industry in Lisbon. The role involves supporting customers with product and order inquiries, coordinating shipment-related requests and handling relevant documentation. You will communicate with different stakeholders and make sure each inquiry is recorded accurately and handled professionally.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.

Assist with orders, product shipments and delivery coordination.

Handle documentation and information related to patients and payers.

Keep records accurate and follow established procedures.

Requirements

Clear and professional communication skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation.

Ability to coordinate requests and manage multiple inquiries.

Previous customer service, administrative or healthcare-related experience is an advantage.

A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.

Work conditions

Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

On-site, full-time opportunity.
