Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid after training)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday | 24/7 rotative shifts | 2 rotative days off

Start Date: 23 April 2026

Contract: Permanent after 3-month trial

Salary: 1,100€ base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €150 attendance bonus × 11 months | €2,000 Welcome Bonus (paid in 12 monthly instalments)

Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). No flight ticket.

You will handle complex customer interactions related to device usage, technical support, and clinical queries — requiring empathy, accuracy, and availability for a 24/7 rotation. What You Will Do

• Provide advanced Dutch-language support to diabetes device users
• Handle queries on device usage, technical troubleshooting, and clinical questions
• Follow medical device regulatory and documentation protocols
• Escalate clinical or complex cases to appropriate specialist teams
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards
• Work independently from home during hybrid days

What We Are Looking For
