Contract: 12-month fixed term → Permanent after 2 years

Salary: Base x 14 payments | Meal allowance 7€/day | Christmas & Holiday allowances included

About the Role

An advanced medical device support role for Dutch-speaking professionals, working with a global leader in diabetes management technology. You will support patients and healthcare professionals navigating insulin delivery devices — requiring genuine empathy, clinical confidence, and precision. Full training is provided. This is one of the most specialised Dutch-speaking CS roles currently available in Portugal.

What You Will Do

• Provide advanced Dutch-language support to users of diabetes management devices
• Handle clinical, technical, and device usage queries with accuracy and care
• Follow medical device regulatory and documentation protocols
• Escalate clinical concerns to appropriate specialist teams
• Maintain very high accuracy and quality standards
• Participate in specialist product and compliance training

What We Are Looking For

• • Dutch mother tongue
• • English C1 (mandatory)
• Background or strong interest in healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, or medical devices strongly preferred
• • Empathetic, patient communication style
• • High attention to clinical detail
• • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
