Descrição do Emprego - Customer Support Specialist Nespresso

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: On-Site

Language Required: Dutch  + English

Schedule: Rotative shifts — details confirmed at interview

Start Date: 13 April 2026

Contract: 12-month fixed term → Permanent after 2 years

Salary: Base  × 14 payments | Meal allowance 7€/day | Christmas & Holiday allowances included

Bonus / Extra: Accommodation benefit-in-kind available (tax-free until 31 Dec 2026)

Relocation: Accommodation support available for candidates relocating to Lisbon

About the Role

Join the Dutch-speaking support team for Nespresso — one of Europe's most recognisable premium lifestyle brands. You will support Dutch-speaking customers across product queries, machine troubleshooting, subscriptions, and orders. A role that combines great brand identity with a structured multilingual team environment in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

  • Handle Dutch-language customer queries for Nespresso via phone, email, and chat
  • Support with machine issues, capsule orders, subscription management, and returns
  • Deliver premium customer experience aligned with brand standards
  • • Meet quality and productivity KPIs
  • • Accurately document all interactions
  • Participate in product training and team briefings

What We Are Looking For

  • • Dutch mother tongue
  • • English
  • • Customer service experience preferred
  • Brand awareness and affinity with premium consumer products is a plus
  • • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
