Your Daily Impact:

• Be the Expert: Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat with machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the Journey: Oversee orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Problem Solve: Coordinate with technical teams to provide swift, accurate solutions.
• Connect: Build rapport with customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's premium reputation.

What We're Looking For:

• Language Skills: Native/Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) is essential. Good English (B1+) for team communication.
• Mindset: You are calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented. You find satisfaction in helping others.
• Attention to Detail: You enjoy working with structured systems and accurate documentation.
• Bonus Points: Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is great, but your attitude matters most to us.

The Total Compensation Package:

• Monthly Base: €1,400
• Language Bonus: €150/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100/month
