About the Role

We are hiring an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist users in a digital advertising environment. The role focuses on customer interactions, paid campaign support and social media products. You will provide clear guidance, investigate issues and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate support.
• Assist with issues relating to social media products and digital advertising services.
• Support customers with paid campaign-related questions.
• Investigate reported issues and guide users towards appropriate solutions.
• Follow operational procedures and quality standards.
• Work with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme for an advertising technology company.
• Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer-service skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Salary

• €900–€950 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €920)
• €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year; €7.63 net meal allowance per working day; €40 attendance bonus (as stated in the offer).

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Initial shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday; the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotating shifts with two rotating days off.
