Customer Support Specialist Social Media & Digital Advertising ENGLISH

About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support users and business customers in a digital advertising environment. You will help resolve enquiries related to social media products and paid campaigns, delivering accurate, helpful and customer-focused support in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through the available support channels.
• Assist with questions and issues related to social media products and digital advertising services.
• Support users with paid campaign-related enquiries and provide clear guidance.
• Identify customer needs, investigate issues and provide effective solutions.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service quality.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and meet service expectations.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme within an advertising technology environment is an advantage/requirement as specified by the client.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
• Strong customer-service skills and availability for rotating shifts.

Salary & Benefits

• €900–€950 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €920)
• €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year; €7.63 net meal allowance per working day; €40 attendance bonus

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Initial shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday; the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotating shifts with two rotating days off.
