Our GBS is looking for a Customs technician to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.

The main missions of the role are:

• Issuing of import clearance instructions based on the input given by the interlocutors and ensure proper respect of the existing rules (check document quality, existing information, etc) and input the information in the database;
• Manage the C88 document, ensuring that the customs clearance broker sends the document to all parties (Plant, recipient and carrier);
• Analyze and build the import and export flows of the plants under Portugal team scope;
• Manage and gather the LTSD under Customs Portugal Scope, as well as ensure it’s renewal;
• REX registration data collection;
• Good Knowledge in Tariff Classification
• Good understanding of the customs regulation

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Education level: Degree in business school linked with Logistics, legal or customs related;
• Good with computer skills (MS Office-Excel), Knowledge of SAP MM and/or Ariba is a plus;
• Self-controller;
• Good communication skills and communicable in English (mandatory),French or German or Spanish (valued);
• Capability to execute as per a work instruction;
• Analytical  skills.
