Cyber Security Sales Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite – Relocation required)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cyber Security Sales Representative to join an international cybersecurity project based in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be part of a fast-growing environment, working with innovative digital security solutions and supporting clients across different markets. Relocation is required for this role.
A relocation package is included, covering flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and full relocation assistance.

We can proceed only with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions

• Prepare and present commercial offers and proposals

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales performance

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B or technology sales is a strong advantage)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in cybersecurity, IT, or technology solutions

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Good level of English (additional languages are a plus)

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
