For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6+ years of experience as a Cybersecurity Control Office

Domain knowledge in KYC and AML regulatory frameworks sufficient to engage credibly with Compliance, Operations, and Audit stakeholders and ensure reporting outputs meet regulatory expectations

Proven track record in data-centric project governance, including scope management, risk identification, and maintaining data integrity throughout concurrent workstreams

Ability to act as a structured bridge between technical developers and senior business stakeholders, translating technical constraints into business impact and vice versa

Analytical mindset applied to problem-solving within high-stakes delivery environments, including the ability to define, track, and report on KPIs tied to migration and reporting suite milestones

Fluency in English (C1 Level) and French (B2 Level)

Availability for hybrid model, 2 to 3x/week, in Porto

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
