 Right now, we are looking for a Cybersecurity SOC Team Leader to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

•  Lead and coordinate the SOC analyst team (Tier 1, 2, and 3);
  
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, operational quality, and daily priorities;
  
• Oversee investigations and participate in the response to security incidents;
  
• Conduct and guide threat hunting and advanced analysis activities;
  
• Tune and optimize detection rules (SIEM, EDR/XDR);
  
• Identify and resolve visibility gaps, noise, or false positives;
  
• Support the integration of new log sources and technologies into the SOC;
  
• Produce technical and executive reports for clients and internal stakeholders;
  
• Promote best practices, mentor analysts, and support the team’s growth.
  

You must have:

• Solid experience in SOC (minimum 3–5 years);
  
• At least 2 years of experience in team management; 
  
• Eligibility for GNS accreditation; 
  
• Experience in security incident management;
  
• Advanced knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and security monitoring;
  
• Understanding of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST IR, or equivalent frameworks;
  
• Strong communication, prioritization, and decision -making skills.
