As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of a globally renowned banking institution, assisting clients with their banking needs and fostering positive customer experiences. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, support back-office projects, and ensure a seamless customer journeyall in Czech and English.
Support Bank Customers: Assist customers in managing accounts and transactions effectively.
Explain Products and Services: Provide clear and concise information about the banks offerings.
Resolve Inquiries: Address customer questions with comprehensive solutions.
Foster Brand Loyalty: Deliver courteous and professional service to uphold the banks reputation.
Adaptable Scheduling: Work rotating shifts to ensure customer support at all times.
Language Skills: Fluent in Czech (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
Customer-Centric: Enthusiastic about helping others and resolving problems.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility: Willing to work rotating shifts.
10-day paid training program (92.80 EUR /week).
Training conducted in English.
Successful training completion leads to an employment contract.
Salary Package options: 1060.50 EUR gross/month (includes base salary, room allowance, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance).
1260.00 EUR gross/month (includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance).

Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break).
Days Off: Two days per week (assigned by shift manager, schedule shared 4 weeks in advance).
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM.
Airport pick-up and assistance with administrative registration in Portugal.
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
Complimentary annual round-trip flight to your home country (within the EU).
Fully furnished and equipped shared apartments.
All utility costs covered.
Free Portuguese lessons and access to fun activities like cooking and sports.
