Czech speaking Customer Service Representative

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic project in the automotive digital services sector. In this role, you will support customers by providing high-quality assistance related to automotive products and digital platforms.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must already be residing in Portugal, as relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Czech and English via phone, email, and/or chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive services and digital platforms
• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company procedures and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams when necessary

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools
• Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must be currently residing in Portugal
