About the Role

We are looking for Czech-speaking Content Moderators to join an international project in Lisbon.

You will review and moderate online content to help maintain platform safety, quality and compliance while applying established policies and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate content according to safety and compliance standards
• Evaluate content using rational decision-making
• Manage moderation queues, including high-volume periods
• Support interactions related to moderation
• Use strong written and verbal communication in daily operations

Schedule

24/7 rotational operation, Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotational days off.

Typical shifts:
07:00–16:00 / 14:00–23:00 / 22:30–07:30.
