Are you ready to represent a leading Nordic streaming platform and support Danish-speaking users from Lisbon Our client is looking for a Danish Customer Support Specialist to join their international team in Portugal

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media
Support users with account registration and login issues
Troubleshoot streaming quality buffering and playback problems
Assist with app installation device compatibility and settings
Help customers manage subscriptions payments and billing questions
Support subscription changes pauses and cancellations
Collect and share user feedback to improve services
Ensure high quality support and timely responses across all channels
