As a Customer Service Representative, you´ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey and building brand loyalty. You will:
Support customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
Represent a premium brand with confidence and enthusiasm
Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to digital products and services
Accurately document interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Stay up to date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience
Fluent Danish (spoken and written)
English at B2 level or higher
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
Interest in automotive topics and digital technologies
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented mindset and customer-first attitude
