Your Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, and live chat. Youll provide accurate information, solve problems efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in Danish C2 level and good English communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required

• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
