Location: Fully Remote (Portugal-based contract)
Start Date: 5 March 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)

About the Role

We are currently hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a premium automotive & digital services project.

In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience across all communication channels.

Although the role is fully remote, a Portugal-based contract will be provided. For selected remote projects (including Automotive Digital Services – Danish), a relocation package to Portugal may also be offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

• Escalate complex or unresolved cases when necessary

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Candidate Profile

• Native or near-native Danish (C1/C2)

• Good English for internal communication

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

• Previous customer support experience is a plus
