Working hours: 40 hours per week / Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 21:00

The Role
As a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor, you will assist customers by phone, email, live chat and social media. You will answer questions about accounts, subscriptions, payments and streaming services while providing friendly and efficient support.
Your Responsibilities
Assist customers with registration and login issues
Help users manage their accounts and subscriptions
Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering and playback problems
Provide support with apps, compatible devices and device settings
Answer questions about billing and payment methods
Assist with subscription pauses and cancellations
Record and share customer feedback
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
