Your Responsibilities

In this customer-facing role, you will act as the primary link between the company and its users, transforming standard inquiries into positive brand interactions:

• Inbound Support Management: Assist Danish clients via phone, email, and live messaging regarding order statuses, product details, warranty coverage, shipping, and initial device configurations.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and diagnose technical issues with smart appliances and electronics, providing clear guidance to resolve problems or escalating complex cases to specialized engineering teams.
• System Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions, reported issues, and resolution steps within the CRM platform.
• Brand Representation: Keep up to date with new product releases, software updates, and organizational policies, communicating information with empathy and clarity.
• Ongoing Growth: Participate in fully compensated, continuous training modules to sharpen your technical expertise and client communication abilities.

Requirements

Work Schedule

• Weekly Hours: Standard 40 hours per week (8 hours daily, 5 days per week).
• Shift Hours: Consistent daytime shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 17:00.

Compensation & Benefits
