We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our Danish-speaking clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Danish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of service.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for optimizing customer experiences.
• Stay updated on product offerings, services, and industry trends to provide effective assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
