Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an online marketplace, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. If you are passionate about e-commerce and customer service, this role is perfect for you! You will be the point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently while providing an exceptional shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to the online marketplace, including order management, product information, and returns via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
  • Assist customers with navigating the website and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions promptly and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and marketplace policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, accommodating different time zones.
