• Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot issues related to streaming quality, application errors, and general technical problems.
• Payment Support: Provide guidance on payment-related queries and billing statements.
• Service Enhancement: Maintain accurate customer records and report trends or recurring issues to management to help improve the platform's user experience.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Danish (C2 level) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Skills: Strong active listening and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Aptitude: Adaptable, empathetic, and able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
