Based in the beautiful city of Lisbon, you will work in a hybrid model, helping high-value advertising customers optimize their digital presence and campaign performance. Responsibilities

• Implement data-driven optimization solutions and build high-impact campaigns for advertising customers.
• Create and manage keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget suggestions.
• Gather and analyze performance data at both the account and campaign levels.
• Produce detailed reports to support and refine optimization strategies.
• Apply optimization techniques across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video channels.
• Identify broader account opportunities to assist in seizing sales potential and driving growth.
• Maintain a deep understanding of departmental processes and advertising policies.
• Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and adaptation through innovation and intuition.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (oral and written) and fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Experience in a B2B environment with active use of digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads).
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
• A strong interest in new digital marketing trends and a "tech-savvy" mindset.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn and apply large amounts of product and process information quickly.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently.
• Google Ads Search fundamentals certification is considered a significant advantage.
