ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Danish-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international tech and search engine support project in Lisbon.

You will be supporting users with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across digital platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical customer support to Danish-speaking users
• Troubleshoot product, service, and platform-related issues
• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Deliver clear and effective solutions in both Danish and English
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Work closely with team members to ensure high service quality
• Follow established procedures while adapting to dynamic customer needs

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
