If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. What you will do in this role
As a Technical Service Advisor, you will:
  • Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
  • Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts
  • Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
  • Evaluate the need for escalation
  • Put suppliers in contact with the client when necessary

Your qualifications
This role is a great match if you:
  • Native level Danish (C2) (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2)
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
  • Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases
  • Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient
