Data Analyst Specialist (12 months fix contract)

• Support the collection, organization, and classification of innovation-related data generated through AXIS engagements, market intelligence, and internal initiatives

• Integrate datasets from multiple internal and external sources to enable connected analysis across innovation activities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models to enhance visibility of innovation insights and trends

• Support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of innovation intelligence platforms and tools

• Improve data structures, taxonomies, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and scalability

• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making in innovation and R&D

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Market Intelligence to ensure alignment and data accuracy

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of innovation intelligence methodologies and analytical workflows

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a data-focused role

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, and modelling

• Experience working with complex datasets, data integration, and data quality management

• Ability to structure and analyze semi-structured data into scalable analytical frameworks

• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and dashboards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
