Position: Data Annotator (Danish)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing and interpreting language patterns.
• Identifying meanings and patterns in the composition of words in the assigned language.
• Recognizing similarities and differences in various intentions expressed through virtual assistants.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Consistently delivering high performance to meet or exceed contractual service level agreements (SLA).
• Ensuring quality standards and key performance targets are met.
• Understanding and aligning with business needs and expectations.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements.
• Upholding confidentiality and complying with company and customer policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Danish (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• A Bachelors degree in any field, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in grammar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
